We will help you with all shipping arrangements, locally, nationwide or internationally. Our wide range and frequent usage of the same shippers allows us to offer you very competitive prices. All packing, shipping and insurance expenses are at the customers expense. Our customers may chose their own shippers. We will be glad to obtain negotiated quotes with our preferred partners for the best possible rate available.
All shipping quotes include packing, insurance and curbside delivery, unless otherwise specified. In-home delivery and unpacking can be arranged for an additional fee. To provided a quote we will need the destination's zipcode.
Shipping partners are independent, bonded and insured companies that specialize in handling fragile, high value items. Pieces are evaluated individually to determine whether they will be crated, boxed or blanket-wrapped in order to ensure the safest delivery.
Once a shipping quote has been approved by you, you will be contacted by the shipping company for payment and details regarding shipping procedures and estimated time of arrival. Pieces being shipped must be paid for in full prior to shipping..
You will be required to sign a shipping release form showing shipping company, and insured value for the full purchase value prior to release of shipment.
In the event your item is damaged, please contact the shipping company for resolution. Pat Monroe Antiques will assist you with any paper work needed to complete your claim with the shipping company.
