Pat Monroe collects and sells European furniture and decorative arts dating from 17^th through the 19^th centuries with several additional mid- century art deco pieces. 
 
“I absolutely love what I do,” says Pat Monroe, owner of Pat Monroe Antiques in downtown Austin. Antique furniture has been a pursuit of Pat’s for many years. The combination of art, business and travel has been a perfect fit and in early 2000, she opened her Austin antique furniture store. It has been a superb success offering Austin and Texas a new look in antiques - one that is brighter and fresher, that can mix with the contemporary look.

From France, she brings handsome French antique chairs, well-made French antique table-small and large-solid simple French  buffets or sideboards.  Italian  furniture maybe a small gilt  table, Candlestick reproduction or Italian Chandeliers. The soft neutral painted Swedish  and reproduction furniture is perfect for our warm climate and the lighter look of antique furniture.
